The product must be in its original packaging and unopened.

Return shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping expenses are also covered by the customer, unless the product is incorrect or faulty.

Refunds

Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team through phone or email, as mentioned below. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.
