1. Eligibility for Returns
a. General Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Products must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
b. Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order items
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Opened or used personal care products, such as masks and gloves
- Expired products or products nearing expiration
2. Return Process
a. Request a Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can reach us via email at returns@bedimedicalmart.ca. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Prepare Your Return:
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
c. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Refunds and Credits
a. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
b. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from the original, such as items with missing parts, not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund and provide instructions on returning the defective product. In such cases, Bedi Medical Mart will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process once you receive the item.
